Fortify247’s improved Housecall service provides an on-call IT expert to solve any issues found on your computer* – providing you have an adequate Internet connection. Whether your computer is a business tool, or purely for personal use, you can rely on Fortify247 to keep your system working as it should … And you don’t have to live in Norfolk!

What Housecall Contract would suit you?
We have a range of Housecall Service contracts to choose from, created with individuals, families, and businesses in mind. At the heart of these services is a regular, comprehensive housekeeping and maintenance process. This process is carried out remotely and securely, with constant monitoring for potential problems, which, once identified, can be prevented. *Additional onsite visits: £60 per first half-hour; £50 per additional half-hour (2-hour charge maximum)
**Includes telephone help and instant remote support between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. All other times, by message or email.
